Short walk to beachfront Centennial Park with live concerts and to bay-front parks with fishing, crabbing dock and launch docks for kayaks.

House has been refreshed for 2021. New Family Room furniture and new OLED TV. New paint/carpet throughout.

Amenities include: Central A/C, Ceiling Fans in all rooms, Furnished decks with water/sunset views, Gas Grill, Outside Rain Shower, 5 HDTV's, DVD, Wireless Internet, TV Firesticks (w/Netflix and Amazon Prime movies+), Home Theater Sound System.

Guests have use of the first floor, the driveway, all first floor decks, and outside enclosed shower. (There is a separate 2 BR apartment on the 2nd Floor)

RENTALS ARE FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY ONLY for minimum 7 NIGHT STAY.

Inquire if you want to book longer than 7 night stay - i.e. 2 weeks, etc.

Walk across the street to Veterans Park Bay Front Park with a dock for fishing, crabbing and a launch dock for kayaks!

Kayak and Jet Ski rentals are available on Sunset Lake, just a short walk away.

There are bed sheets and bath towels available for use in the home, but they must be laundered on departure. If you prefer not to use them, there are several linen rental services available which you can book in advance of your arrival:
